How Long Is The Rental Period?

Every package includes a 2-week rental. Need more time? Extensions are available — just give us a call at (626) 603-0091.

What Areas Do You Serve?

We serve Monrovia and surrounding Los Angeles areas — including Pasadena, Arcadia, Duarte, Azusa, Glendora, and West Covina — as well as the Inland Empire out to Rialto. Contact us to confirm your address.

How Big Are The Totes?

Each tote measures 28.5" L x 19.6" W x 15.2" H on the outside (23" x 14" x 14.3" on the inside) — plenty of room for clothes, boxes, and household items, and they stack cleanly for easy transport.

Do I Need To Clean The Totes Before Pickup?

No. Just empty them out and stack them up. We handle all the cleaning and sanitizing between rentals.

Can I Add More Totes To My Order?

Absolutely. If you realize mid-move that you need more, call us and we can arrange a same-day or next-day add-on delivery.

What If I Need To Cancel Or Reschedule?

No problem. Just give us at least 24 hours notice before your scheduled delivery and we will reschedule at no charge.

Is The Dolly Really Free?

Yes — every package includes at least one nestable dolly or hand truck at no extra cost.

Are There Extra Charges For Apartments Or Stairs?

Nope — no extra charges, ever! What you see on the pricing page is what you pay, stairs and all. 🎉
